Useful Information
- When considdering the time you would like picking up for your airport transfer, it is generally good practice to add at least 1 to 1 1/2 journey time. For example if check in opens at 20:00hrs and the transfer normally takes 1 hour then it would be wise to allow at least or the journey and arrange pickup for 17:30 to 18:00. This extra time allows for instances such as rush hour traffic, traffic caused by accidents, road closures, punctures etc... After all better to arrive an hour early than 5 minutes late.
- Please remember to have your tickets at hand as the driver will want to double check your return flight details.
- It is a good idea to leave the driver with a mobile telephone number. Airport arrival areas are extremely busy and customers sometimes find it hard to see a vehicle that is parked at the other end of the car park.
- Please remember when booking to inform us about the amount of luggage you will have. This is especially important if there are eight passengers all with luggage or those of you travelling with other items such as wheelchairs etc...
