Please note that the prices listed above are based on 1 pickup only. If you require more than 1 pickup or have excessive luggage then please mention this at time of booking. JAY'S cannot be held responsible for late arrival due to the customer not mentioning extra pickups or exessive luggage.
Remember to allow enough time when booking your airport run. The general rule of thumb for international flights, is to arrive at the airport around 2 to 3 hours before departure (please check with your airline), and to add 1 to 1½ hours to the journey time just in case of a puncture or a breakdown or indeed if you are held up by traffic. We cannot be held responsible for late arrival if you do not take our advice and leave plenty of time for your journey. This extra time may be greater for longer journeys such as Heathrow, Gatwick,
Please note that although we monitor all flight times very closely, if your flight is more than two hours delayed, then you may have an extended wait when arriving at the airport. This is due to the number of bookings we have. We are not refusing to transfer customers whose flights are more than two hours delayed. If the delayed customer chooses not to wait then the return fair will be forfeited.
